I waited 2 hrs. In the lobby when my car was serviced in 30 minsm. The service tech told me initially he would call me but he texted me me and I did not receive the text until 3 hours later. The service rep. Should of called or called my name in the lobby. Sometkmes the texts do not go through or lag
