Today was the first time I brought my 4Runner to Bob Smith. Z was very precise in explaining to me the type of service that will be performed on the car. He even checked the service history and explained how and why certain services are needed.
The dealership is very neat and not noisy compared to the previous Toyota service areas I’ve been at. The location is so convenient close as well.
