Extremely happy with Vic/ senior technician as always ,who performed the service on my RAV4. Jaime on the other hand gave me an attitude when I told him that I made an appointment last week specifically for Vic to work on my vehicle (which I showed up early at 8am), “ we’ll, you have an appointment with me at 8:30, and Vic has other cars ahead of you, so you have to wait your turn”. What is the point of making a specific appointment with a certain technician? Also at the end I told him that I had a coupon , which I’m sure every Toyota dealer offers across the board, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about, which I showed him on my phone. He told me to email it to him. Lots of attitude on his part. I will come back for service with Vic again, but would like another person to take care of me as far as checking in. By the way I brought my 2001Toyota Tacoma truck for service there for 17 years before I sold it.
