It takes more than 3 hours to do a regular 5000 mile inspection. No matter how busy you are, you should never break a promise to your customers. It is very insulting and dissatisfying to treat customers with a chill while pretending to be friendly.

Service representative was sincere and kind. I was told my cover to my battery was missing. After I was told this I went looking on the street and followed to path I took to the dealership to attempt to locate it.I spent a good amount of time doing this.Upon my arrival we couldn’t locate the customer representative or the mechanic that worked on my car. I took it upon myself to search my own vehicle to find the battery cover. When I opened up the driver side back door the part was sitting in plain site. When we finally located the mechanic he didn’t seem to happy I found it so easily. Throughout the entire time I did not see the customer representative. When the mechanic brought the car back he honked the horn a couple of times and just walked off. I have been coming to your dealership for many years and I haven’t really seen this side of your business. No one apologized or seemed overly concerned about my situation. Sometimes a simple gesture will smooth out a uncomfortable situation and unfortunately I didn’t receive that. Thank you - John N

In past visits any additional service recommendation was done with a call and discussion not an emailed list amounts to $4,000. My call to the service department led to Greg’s voice mail ; no call back. Noticed that all the regular service representatives (Frank, Jaime, Emily, hank) are no longer there so along with new people came a new procedure … felt like you just wanted me to feel like it was time to buy a new car; no discussion on item priority. I’m taking my car to another service center where my husband has been taking his car for another opinion. Technology is great but personal communication is better.
