I told the service advisor I wanted to turn off the driver unlock door setting and told him that my car doesn’t have the vehicle custom on my monitor so I couldn’t do it myself. When my car is ready , the service advisor told me that the mechanic solve driver door lock and also added the vehicle customization. I was greatly appreciated and very happy with there service .

The car was not returned to me the way I left it at the dealer. I texted Ara back to let him know that the side view mirror was tweaked and the control for the side view mirror was not working the same. I brought the car back and he essentially didn’t want to hear what I had to say and yelled at me. The shop Forman Vic had to come out to intervene. In addition, this all happened because I wanted a quote to fix a piece of broken plastic on the side view mirror and I couldn’t believe they wanted to charge me $600+
How dare he yell at me because I am female and fairly young. I guarantee he would not have done that if my husband were there. I was very disappointed with this experience.
