Greg was great! So, my negatives. The prices. Theres a reason its called a stealership, and I understand that, but $8 for a lug nut? Your inability to cut someone a break. While my lug nuts are already off, why not offer them at half price? Since you’re doing the rear brakes, why not turn a couple of nuts and adjust the parking brake while you’re under the car working on the brakes anyway? Now I have to go to O’Reilly and buy lug nuts and put them on myself. In the inspection report you send generic pictures, which is deceptive. For instance you send a pic of badly worn tires. Somebody who doesn’t know their own car could panic and buy tires from you not realizing its not pictures of their car. The Mazda dealer where I take my other car sends me a video of my actual car. Maybe you’re planning that in the future? I’m not angry. In 5,000 miles I’ll be there again, and getting more work done, so you haven’t lost a customer. I brought my truck there before my daughter totalled it, bought our Camry there and thats the only place we’ve had it serviced. I just feel you don’t appreciate our years of loyalty. There is no “go the extra mile” with you. I get exactly what I pay for, no more, no less. Doing little things that take little time and not being charged for them goes a long way towards customer goodwill.
