I grew up in this community from 1960. I now own 2 Prius Toyota and have a good relationship with Jessie in sales. I called him to buy a new Prius 3 months ago - but he had nothing, not even used! When I was employed at CV Chamber of Commerce,I worked with Bob Smith on events. I brought one of my Prius for service when I was sent a 15% discount. I notified the gal when I scheduled the apt. I paid the bill and THEN realized I had failed to make sure the 15% was included. The service dept refused to back out the charge!!! This was ridiculous!
