My Sienna minivan was there for 3 days (overnight 2 days), Thursday-Saturday. My experience with Greg was fine. He is always very helpful and friendly. My issue is once I got home, I was loading some stuff in my van and I noticed that there were mouse/rat droppings! I have photo evidence. These were not there when I dropped off my car on Thursday. I believe that they probably occurred when my van was on your lot overnight somewhere. Now, I must get a detail to shampoo the interior of the van as I do not feel comfortable driving my family around in it knowing that there were mouse droppings on the floor of the van. I do expect someone to please reach out to me.

This was my first visit to your serv dept and I am very disappointed. This service was scheduled for 2x weeks in advance just to be told that additional part was needed. I wasted my entire Saturday morning. This could have been assessed well in advance
