Greg the service manager listens to all my concerns that I had for my accident on the front wheel rim and Fender area. He completely took ownership of my problem and orchestrate everything that needed to be done and kept me advised all along the way. Also help to make sure that I could get a Lyft ride back to my home and when I had to leave the car made sure that I had a rental that I could use in the meantime. I dropped the car off on Saturday and was told it would be ready by Tuesday. Some parts have not come in and Greg told me it would be pretty on Wednesday. He called me Wednesday afternoon and said hey your car is ready come get it. And showed me exactly what parts were removed and what was installed. The car runs great and I'm completely satisfied with the work and the way my future held up through the accident. My 2021 CHR basically saved my life. Thank you Greg and Toyota for sharing and giving me excellent service.
