After a less than positive experience in southern glendale where the technician tried to upsell me an expensive, unnecessarily
premature service during what should have been a routine service (spark plugs at 85k miles rather than the recommended 120k), Patrick was like a breath of fresh air. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty and, as a result, i will be getting my highlander services at Bob Smith going forward. I know that sooner or later there will be more expensive visits, but at least when they do come, i will be able to trust Patrick's recommendations.
