Jonathan is a very professional and attentive service representative at Bob Smith Toyota. There was a hiccup in locating the record history of my Camry, which he eventually solved. Jonathan also listened carefully to give me for the right level of service needed at 67,000 miles. Jonathan also clarify that I was still under the warranty agreement for car service. Jonathan certainly knows how to build customer loyalty and satisfaction. When my car was ready, I was notified by text message and phone call. I now drive my 2017 Camry knowing that it is in excellent condition and safe to drive. This is very reassuring. Thank you Bob Smith Toyota!
