I waited on site for an oil change. One hour and forty minutes in, my car was still parked outside of the service bays. When I pointed this out to them, they finally started servicing my car. Then waited thirty-five minutes to get it after it was finished. Overall, a three-hour wait for an oil change. Not coming back.

When I left the car I can walk my home, but when you finished maintenance, I need pick up. Greg reported (by text) what I need extra change or services, but I didn’t need to extra maintenances at this time, “I just need pick up please arranged driver “, I requested x3 he didn’t answer me back. I called TOYOTA, driver didn’t come either.
Maintenance check up, miner change my husband can help me. At this time service was so dissatisfied.
