I’ve had to take my car back TWICE and didn’t have my car for two full days AFTER my initial appointment. I pay a premium when I decide to take my car to a dealer instead of mechanic for maintenance with the assumption that they know the vehicles and will give STERLING **** SERVICE. Not ONCE did any one apologize for the inconvenience or offer any kind of compensation for their continued inability to do their job correctly and how that incompetence impacted my life TWICE. This is the second chance that I’ve given Bob Smith with my vehicles and there won’t be another. Utterly disgraceful and disgusting customer service.

Most of your staff seemed bothered to be there. Your cashier still wears a mask and you cannot understand what she is saying. I was initially hung up on when I first tried to make an appointment. Most of the staff generally don’t want to acknowledge that you’re there. You also don’t wash the serviced vehicles anymore.
