I should have been advised to take my vehicle back to the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from if Bob Smith Toyota could not resolve the issue.

And called me to advise me of how it was going and that everything was a-okay from my trip to Palm Springs that my work was completed in. It was okay to come and get my CHR.
