Jaime is a poor communicator. He would send messages too often asking my approval to proceed. I had told him he has my permission to fix every thing that he sees fixing! He waisted lot of time and eventually the work was completed the Bob Smith Way, an outstanding way! I am a long-term customer of Bob Smith and no exception this time. But Jamie extended the time unnecessarily!
