I’ve answered this before, but everything is over priced. To replace my interior air filter was going to be $57? I can replace both of them for less than that. The wipers too. Insurance should cover the windshield. I under stand the cost of labor, but you should provide an hourly breakdown of how long it actually takes to replace a part(s). It took me five minutes to replace my filters and wiper blades (which I’ve said before, should be freely included with your maintenance program), but I guarantee you’re charging for a full hour. Please make the breakdown more transparent and less sketchy.
