The last three times I’ve scheduled maintenance I have said that I need to wait for service (I drive 30 minutes to come here). Each time upon arrival I have been told that you won’t be able to start the service for at least an hour. I don’t know why you say waiting is an option if you expect customers to wait 2+ hours for routine maintenance. I trust Moises to do good work, but can’t continue as a customer due to the poor service scheduling.

If I pay through the app, where it says skip the line, then I shouldn’t have to wait for printed out papers to sign. The easiest thing is swiping my credit card. I want check out to be more efficient. Also I want my dashboard back the way it came in not on a diagnostic setting.
