The tire I needed replaced was not in stock and my vehicle had to be kept overnight. I was given a loaner for the interim but due to my work hours 10:30 am until 11 pm was unable to bring the car back the following day before closing. I retuned the loaner on the second day at 8 am but was still charged a day fee for the loaner for an issue that only arose because the tire I needed wasn’t in stock. Returning the loaner before the day has even begun and being charged a full day rate isn’t the best customer service policy in my opinion.

Discrepancies w/ tires conditions report and brakes conditions report.
BRAKES ARE CRUCIAL and NO EXCUSE to have green conditions for brakes on report when front brakes are not green. MORE CARE NEEDS TO BE GIVEN when giving conditions of brakes.
Also the WRONG tire was reported as needing work. THAT GOODYEAR TIRE REPORTED WAS PURCHASED FROM BOB SMITH & INSTALLED BY BOB SMITH LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AGO IF THAT'S THE TIRE YOU THINK NEEDS WORK ON...THEN GIVE ME AN EXTRA GOODYEAR & INSTALLED FREE OF CHARGE AND FIX THAT GOODYEAR YOU ALREADY INSTALLED...ALL FOR FREE

Greg Bakalyan is a good Service Employee! It just seems that as Bob Smith moves more and more to electronic communication, through multiple emails and even while I am sitting in the Waiting Room, it is becoming more challenging to get simple, clear, and timely information.
I’m still committed to Bob Smith Toyota. However I just spent $1100+ on new tires today - with approximately an additional $1000 recommended for replacing Filters as soon as possible - which is waaaay more than I’ve ever spent on keeping my otherwise ‘in good shape’ cars running.
