On Monday my 2014 Odyssey quit on me. Megan let us bring it in and they kindly worked it in between their other jobs, since I had no appt. It was a failing alternator and spool. The call came Wednesday morning it was ready to go. WOW what service they gave! So glad these are my car people!!

I called it about 1030 after receiving the multipoint inspection and whomever I talked to said my car should be done by noon. At 12:30 I called and they said they were waiting to wash it, but the person who would wash it was at lunch and would be back at one. So my car was done, I hadn’t been asked about a wash, and I certainly didn’t want to wait to pick up my car even later in the afternoon just for a wash. I think I should’ve been notified as soon as my car was done, asked if I wanted it washed even if it meant to wait. I think that was my choice to make not the dealerships
