Oil change took 2:45. Upon returning to hood river the drain plug fell out, all the oil came out and I was stuck on the side of the road until someone came and replaced the drain plug and oil. Left hood river before 10. Got home about 4. 6 hours and a big mess plus some rattling I don’t appreciate. Not a great experience. Rather annoying actually. Hopefully no permanent damage done. I understand you are a large company. And with that comes large overhead and pressure to produce profit. And I don't mind paying for service and parts. Would it be better to just say you don't work on older cars than to insult your local clients with 1000 dollar quotes on 450 dollar job.
