Please, do not have Representative contact me. My comments follow: Ryan did a great job. He was very pleasant, personable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. I was aware he was fairly new to that position and was still learning the routines of procedures and protocols and computer programs, but that always takes time and experience. He sought help from fellow employees when needed, which is very commendable. Concern: I had a previously scheduled appointment to bring my car in at 7:30am on 5/13/25 to get checked (they knew reason). I brought it in at scheduled time. I was told they would take it back shortly. I waited for almost an hour and a half, without any updates, before my car was even moved inside to be checked. Throughout that 1.5 hours, several people brought their cars in to be serviced after me and were taken right back. A few also waited. I know this may not be a “first come, first served” service. I understand that, but I could have been told when I scheduled this appointment that I would have to wait or they would try to fit me inside . Perhaps I would then have picked a later time or date. I was told they had an opening at 7:30 for me. Not, an “opening to bring it in and we’ll get to it when we can”. At least, it seems, those people waiting should have the courtesy of receiving a periodic update as to reason for delay, especially if they’ve been waiting for more than an hour. This may seem like an unacceptable and/or unachievable expectation but, at least, communicate up front and be honest when first scheduling appointments. I have regularly been bringing my car to Kari Toyota since I purchased it there in 2005. That’s 20 years! This is not the first time this has happened to me. I’m a fair and patient person but, in all honesty and since you asked, I consider this very inappropriate customer care, poor communication, and inconsiderate.

Friendly, fast service

I had an appointment for 9:30! My truck did not go into 10:45! I was told that no one was available for a diagnosis! Appointment is an appointment! Disappointed customer!
