The quote given to me the day I ordered my part etc was $266.00 and he stated it may be a little less than that. He asked if I wanted to go ahead and order the part and get on the calendar for the install and I said yes. But when I got the bill today it was over $100 more ????. Ryan did take off $27.00ish but I was shocked when he gave my total. What could I do but pay it. I was 20 late for my appointment- and it took over 2 1/2 hours to install the fuel cover. I was late for an appointment at 11:00 which then made me late for work. Not a great experience. I know I had a part to play in the time factor , but seriously how long does it take to put a little door on over the fuel cap? I will be more diligent on nailing down the price and completion time to plan better next time.

Toyota and your Toyota dealership keep me on the road and feeling safe. I am 69 yrs old and I have never been stranded on the road with my Toyota trucks a one car. Your service dept. keeps me informed of any future service the truck may need ie brakes, tires, oil change. By knowing the repair ahead of time it allows me to save money for the service to be done.
Guys behind the counter are very friendly and are quite thorough when explaining the work done or future work. Please keep up the great service as I still have plenty of drive time left in life...I hope!!! Thanks
