He patiently explained all the additional service recommendations in a way that got me to accept the additional charges (<2× what I came in there for????) as necessary and made other suggestions for next time. Not being a knowledgeable car person at all, I did trust that what he was saying was truth and for the best.

The inability to tune the seatbelt reminder is disappointing. Towing the company line, by pretending that this is some strange complaint is disappointing. To make a service appointment, along with a review of a defective visor, bring the truck in, with 24,635 miles, have numerous issues inspected and remedied, only to fail to notice the mileage and say “hey when you made a service appointment, did you actually want the free oil change due you?” Forcing another appointment. I find it difficult to believe this was accidental.

Ryan was so helpful. I stopped due to a low tire pressure. They were obviously very busy. I conveyed that we had an unexpected trip the next day and needed assistance. He got me right in and repaired a tire that had a nail. He was a lifesaver!!!
