Everyone that helped me with my Odyssey went above and beyond! They’re outstanding when it comes to taking care of their customers. I have purchased my last three vehicles at Kokomo Auto World and I have no plans to shop anywhere else in the future. Trey was my service advisor and he kept me updated at every step which was amazing because I am always busy and have a very tight schedule. Trey answered every question and made sure what he was telling me was correct and even got a last minute bulb replaced for me when we realized it wasn’t working. I took my vehicle there for service due to the maintenance action messages on my dashboard for over a month now. I was told they serviced the vehicle, yet I got halfway home and realized the messages were still there. I’ve tried to clear them myself; I cannot. I trust the service did occur, but I’m going to have to bring my vehicle back in to have them cleared off my dash regardless.
