Trey did a great job, I am upset at this being the second time this expensive repair has had to be done with only 95K on my 2012 CRV!! Between the 2 repairs I am out almost $3000. 1 actuator lasted only 40K miles! The second repair, identical to the 1st, 5 years later cost twice as much as the 1st. On another note, somebody had grease or something on their boots and got it on my floor mat and the speaker in my door. I also washed my CRV the day before bringing it for repair and there was a stain on o e of the fenders. For $152 an hour for labor, I expected better!

The service was fine. The service advice on future service was not. He told me according to the code, I was due for a rear differential but couldn’t do it today…we scheduled it, only to find out when I got home to put my receipt away, I had the service done early this year. I called and spoke to a different technician, as he was at lunch. Sure enough their records showed the same thing. We cancelled the appointment. Not the best, although it’s fine, and glad I keep good records.
