This 2024 Honda Odyssey is my 5th Odyssey since 2014. The 2024 is the first with this noise. Today I had it in to locate and fix the noise. That didn't happen. My suggestion is that you should allow the owner to drive the car with the repairman in that he may know how to drive to get the sound.

I was going to pay the invoice, but he told me there was no charge because it was covered by some program (I don’t remember what it was) so I left. He called me a little while later and said he made a mistake and said I had to pay for the work after all. I had to drive back to bring a check since the dealership charges for using a credit card. The oil change and tire rotation were completed and I’m satisfied with the work, but I was not happy about having to come back to pay the bill when I could have paid it earlier.

My splash shield was not properly reinstalled after the oil change. This led to my splash shield to be completely damaged. It has been over two weeks and I have had to made all communications with Kokomo auto world to find out what the resolution would be. After being told that they would only cover 50% of the cost of the damage. I am extremely upset and disappointed. Kokomo auto world Has taken care of me and the two vehicles that I have purchased in the last four years and had nothing negative to say about their service in any way shape or form until now.
