Satisfied with the guys trying to help my problem, but very disappointed with my car needing a steering rack at 38,000 miles. Also very disappointed that Honda can’t give us an ETA for the part on order. Here I am without a usable car. Terrible on Honda’s part.

Service advisor didn’t listen to my complaint. Then was told to just adjust the seat and that would fix the issue. This did not fix anything. Noise is still there WHEN HITTING BUMPS, not at highway speeds as wrote up.

I am experiencing an issue with a near brand new vehicle very much under warranty. The issue has been addressed by Toyota with a service bulletin. My vehicle is displaying the exact same characteristics described in the bulletin. I am told it is the nature of the truck. If that were the case, there would not be a TSB. The vehicle is completely factory. This has me concerned what will be the case when something more significant happens. I have four Toyotas in my drive. I’m not so sure there will be any more.
