I left a coupon when I arrived and the coupon was not applied to my bill. Also, I was unaware that the closing time. I dropped off my car at 4:00 pm and the building closed at 5. My car was outside unlocked with no keys. Thank goodness there was one person left in the building that gave me my keys. If it was communicated to me when I dropped my vehicle off at 4:00 pm I certainly would have been back before closing. I walked across the road to do my errands and left my phone in my vehicle. I didn’t get any messages because my phone was in the vehicle which should have been evident to the mechanic when he started my car. I figured out how to look at my service record.
