Never had an issue with the Service Dept or their personnel. Always have done a good job for me and got things straightened out.

I don't mind your new system with the iPad but I kind of don't mind walking up to the counter and working with the customer service rep one-on-one I know it's just the new thing to have an iPad and everybody's hand but it gets old after a while. Nothing against my rep he was amazing and did everything professionally and quickly.
