I came in to pick up parts for my Sienna. On leaving, I noticed the sign about Alderman being an official state inspection site, so I asked if they could work me in. They could, so I sat in the waiting room to wait for it to be completed. Lisa came in a few minutes later saying that we were close to the next service mileage on the Sienna, and would I like to have that done as well. Absolutely! I really appreciate that Lisa brought that to my attention!

I know you take these comments seriously, so I don’t want to sound too grumpy. When my car was in the back for an hour I assumed they were fixing both problems— the headlight and the rear wiper. No one came back to tell me otherwise. I was disappointed to find out all they did was arrange to order the parts for the wiper. It’s been a real safety hazard not having the wiper so I would have appreciated better communication about this. I don’t think it should have taken an hour to put a new head light bulb in.
