My repair was not completed correctly. My front brake pads were replaced and now every time I press my brakes there is terrible knocking. It also feels and sounds like the brake pads scrape when I turn my wheels.
I am extremely busy and do not have time to deal with another repair after a screwup by your team.
The last time I took my car in for a repair I had an equally terrible experience. I have done business with Alderman’s for 20 years and this last 6 months is absolutely terrible.
