I was a customer of heritage for ten years, slowly their customer appreciation and care have eroded over the years. They have become very cheap and both myself and my wife have had many issue with their service. I appreciate the car wash voucher yesterday, something heritage would never do because they care more about making money than keeping loyal customers. It’s the little things that matter!
