I was disappointed with how long my service took. Lisa said they were waiting for me to approve or decline additional suggestive work, which was quite a bit of time - no one could have come to the waiting area to ask me?
Not long did my recall safety item not get done, I also had to wait while my tires were pressurized because the tech forgot to do. An oil change and tire rotation took an hour and 15 minutes. Now I need to go back for my safety recall. Not impressed with the service at all

I asked if the tires were rotated and assured they were. The service ticket is not marked as completed. Also I wonder if fluids were tapped up, as requested, they are not marked as filled on the service ticket. Since this is our last service on contract i wanted to be sure all the scheduled maintenance items were done.
