I was able to get the recall taken care of without an appointment. I was in the area and thought to take a chance and thankfully it worked out.
My regular service guy, Vince, wasn’t around but someone else stepped in (“V” )who was pleasantly willing to assist. I also appreciated the intake person who was very welcoming.
