Lexus is great and I love my car,but the best part of the whole experience is Kay. I feel you are so fortunate to have her there to represent Lexus. Kay is fantastic and her knowledge of Lexus is appreciated, Kay makes you feel valued as a customer and that seems to be missing in most businesses these days

It was unclear and not proper explained as to the cost of my service. When I was sent, via text, what they checked and what needed service it had a “total” price which I assumed meant total for everything, because no where else had a price for anything been mentioned. To my UNBELIEVABLE surprise the “total” was only for the the additional service and did not include the basic service which turned out to be around the same so I paid double what I thought I’d be paying - which by the way was already wayyyy too much. I will be getting future somewhere else.
