I felt like Mr. Lopez the person that greeted me when I dropped off my vehicle was unprofessional and rude. I related this information to my service advisor.. I’ve been a long time customer with BMW and I always felt like I was treated as a valued customer. I’ll also gone to Lexus of Henderson and they were very courteous and professional. So this is very disappointing. The service I received at Lexus of Las Vegas.
