We are from out of town and recently had an issue with one of our tires that needed to be replaced. From the moment I called the dealership and spoke with the receptionist to the time our vehicle was serviced, the experience was exceptional.
Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Joel Gooding, our service consultant, who went above and beyond to assist us. Joel was incredibly patient and took the time to help me navigate a warranty I had on my tires and rims. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.
The level of customer service we received was outstanding. Being away from home, it was reassuring to be treated with such care and kindness. Thank you to Joel and the entire service team for making our experience such a positive one. We truly appreciate it.
