Joel is always great as are the other service staff. My only complaint this last visit was my loaner had a ton of hair on the carpet of the passenger seat. I had never seen that before. I was surprised. Usually the loaners are clean. Thank you.

I reserved an RZ through the Lexus application. Upon my arrival at the Sarah location, I was introduced to Joel. When I proceeded outside, I observed what I believe to be a Lexus NX or NZ model. I attempted to address this discrepancy, but I recognized that my husband would not comfortably fit into a vehicle of that size. Consequently, I departed. Upon seeing the vehicle I was provided, my husband inquired about the situation. I contacted Lexus again and requested to speak with Joel. After approximately an hour without a return call, I visited the dealership to resolve the matter. While I was speaking with Joel, he informed a colleague, in my presence, that I did not want the car. This was inaccurate; I had requested an RX and was presented with a vehicle of his choosing. I then went outside to inspect a parked RX, which was notably unclean, both internally and externally. I was significantly distressed and pressed for time, and I chose not to re-enter the dealership after my second visit. I am a loyal Lexus customer, but I am uncertain about returning to the Sarah location given the experience I encountered.

Disappointed with the overall experience. Lexus didnt fix the issue that I had last September. The car began having the same issue two months later. Brought it back in early this year. Instead of fixing the issue they made me pay another 1000 dollars. Took around 3 months to get the correct part in. And when it arrived they took a few extra days to fix as they sent the wrong part. Then to top it all off they didnt even wash the car as they said they would. Or if they did it wasn't washed well at all.
