Car was left out in the sun during a hot time. My consultant was at lunch, of course not his fault, but stood around waiting for helping. Many people looked up but it took a bit before someone came to help.

I do not like the system for dropping off keys for repairs. I feel the valet should be the final stop like they are at a hotel! Especially if you have an appointment.At a hotel, You do not give the valet your keys then sit in the lobby waiting for a person to call you back to sign more paperwork. You go straight to front desk to get your keys!
Then when you pick up the car at Lexus it is equally confusing. Do you walk straight to the back, do you wait to be called? How do they know I am here? See if you can find a qr code we could scan to be a virtual sign in sheet and then give a confirmation that someone will be out soon or get a text on our phone to walk to the back at a certain desk # like they do at dmv! ( now service guest #17 at desk 4. Something that is more organized

Headlight replaced and I checked it before I left and it would not work. So I have to return to get it fixed again tomorrow
