I was very satisfied with the service I received today. Everyone was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The technician provided a video explanation, which I appreciated.
My only suggestion for future visits would be allowing customers to physically demo issues that can be replicated. In my case, the rear hatch concern is still happening, so being able to show exactly what I’m experiencing may have helped. It may very well be user error on my part, and I’m open to that possibility, but a quick in-person demo could have clarified things easier.
Overall, still a very positive experience and I appreciate the team’s professionalism and effort.
