From the moment I pulled up to the service department I was greeted with a smile. I wish I could have caught the older gentleman’s name. It wasn’t long until Kristina helped me with my car. She’s super nice and made the process really easy. I was really impressed by the inspection report. It included a video and pictures. I thought it was going to come back with a bunch of issues but it didn’t. I felt like I was getting a real honest report of my car. Communication was made easy and all my questions were answered. Overall I was really happy with my visit and I’m glad they were able to help me with my 2007 Lexus IS250! 10/10 would come back!

They refused to warranty something that has been an ongoing issue since I got the car and about the first service. They’ve fixed it 3 times, so clearly it wasn’t done right. And now they want to say it’s due to outside influence when it really just wasn’t fixed right the first time

I appreciate the complimentary car wash. I am a little particular about my vehicles. It would be great if the auto would be wiped down before staging it for pickup. Other than that small attention to detail, the service that I received was good and met my expectations.
