My overall experience was great, and I’m really grateful for the rental car. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the person who assisted me accidentally charged the wrong card, even after I clarified which one to use. I had to come back in person to have it corrected and request a refund. Because of that mistake, my account is now overdrawn, and I have to wait for the refund to be processed. I really appreciate the help I received, but I hope more care is taken with payment details in the future to avoid this kind of situation.

Not entirely sure what happened but my appointment was set at 11 am and i didnt leave until 3:15 pm. Not sure if there was anything wrong and there was no updates until I walked to the back and asked a lady to help me. She told me an individual named Kay would print out my paperwork, waited another 15 mins before the first lady helped me print out everything. She was super nice and helpful, just wasnt expecting to spend 5 hours for an oil change.
