After I dropped my car off at the dealership, I received a text at 2:18. When I arrived at 3:20, I was greeted and was seated for over an hour. At 4:40, I went up to a worker and had to remind her that I was still here. Although she was with multiple other employees, she had forgotten about me well after she had finished conversing with her colleagues. If I had not reminded her, I would have sat there overnight. I even told her about my bad experience the first time I had serviced the car, and I was disappointed with this experience again.
