Everyone at Lexus was great! They took care of my 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance with no issues. They also allowed me to use a loan vehicle to be able carry on with my day while my vehicle was being serviced. Thank you.

Your service department has great customer service. I had Henry Lopez for my service man. He was very nice and helpful. My repair on the Lexus was not done the first time. I just picked my car up so I am waiting to see if the problem is repaired. Henry did tell me if I have any problems bring the car back.

I came in because the center console was not opening on one side. They explained to me that it was defective and needed to be replaced altogether. That was fine with me. I made my appointment and I left. I discovered that now the central console was opening on one side and not really latching closed anymore. So I came with a problem and I left with a bigger problem. They should be communicating with their customers more.

My 5,000 service went well. I liked the warning that came up on the vehicles dash screen giving us the warning. I also liked that Lexus also gave us a reminder, it was either through text and or email. It took about 1 1/2 hours. I had lunch next door at Sammy’s.
