I look forward to each appointment to have my Lexus serviced since I purchased my Lexus 13 years ago because the Las Vegas crew along with Mr Javier and everyone involved in the service process treat me like family.
Their communication is respectful and seriously valued my request when
I ask Mr Javier to check specific things in question about my Lexus. He and service staff attend to my request STAT and quickly report their findings.
Thanks to your staff I want to keep my Lexus as long as possible because with the courteous service staff expertise, my car has kept me safe driving in the crowded freeways, highways and byways! Thanks to the expertise of the service staff, i feel safe in my Lexus.

Every service interval we never receive the videos of the vehicle being inspected and repaired as we should. Your most recent video is very blurry. It’s hard to make out. Overall I’m not happy with the service based on the amount of money I’ve spent on the purchase of 3 vehicles.
