Every service interval we never receive the videos of the vehicle being inspected and repaired as we should. Your most recent video is very blurry. It’s hard to make out. Overall I’m not happy with the service based on the amount of money I’ve spent on the purchase of 3 vehicles.

Big shout out to the very very nice female service rep who helped me when she didn’t need to. Today has been a bit emotional and for personal reasons. She was so sweet with all of this, as I was quite frankly, not present. I took her card, so I could write a letter on her behalf. I saw commercial real estate, so I am all about customer service. I cannot find her card! She’s a blonde woman, and sits across from Javier. A VERY wonderful wonderful human. Needed these days. A keeper. Thank you so much for her.
