The replaced seat is interesting, it certainly doesn’t vibrate but for some reason it’s noisier than the front driver seat. Either way it’s tolerable, maybe after using it for a while it’ll calm down.

Their communication is respectful and seriously valued my request when
I ask Mr Javier to check specific things in question about my Lexus. He and service staff attend to my request STAT and quickly report their findings.
