I waited over 50 minutes without contact from my service rep. I finally went to Henry and told him I had to leave as I had another appointment. My car was brought to me and was not washed. The loaner car I was given while mine was being serviced, was dirty inside and out. The car had not been washed or vacuumed, there was crud in the cupholders. Very disappointed with this service appointment.
