Thank you so much for allowing me to come in during my time of need. I noticed that when I started my car, my battery wasn’t turning over quite like it normally does .without hesitation Joel and Dom in the service department told me to come in right in. I left my house at 8:30 in the morning .I was out of the dealership by10:30 in the morning .I appreciate everybody there and thank you for a fabulous job well done.! Also I happen to be sitting next to a man getting his car serviced at your dealership. And he asked me how I like my service here and I told him I was coming to your Lexus dealership for 30 years(including the time you were located in Rancho Drive) he said he normally goes to the Henderson location, but he wanted to try this one out so of course I gave you rave reviews!!!

Vince is always amazing and on top of helping me out. I had my 45k mile service done, but also notified him that my back left tire may have a nail. It turns out it did and I would pretty much need all my tires to be replaced due to the tire tread depth. I explained my situation in buying a new home. I was told to not make any big purchases because it may affect our loan. I expressed my concerns to Vince that I would only like to get one tire serviced at this time due to this reason. He heard out my concern and understood. He notified me I can proceed with one tire and I will only have about a certain amount of miles for my other 3 tires before getting them serviced. It felt great to be heard and he was able to accommodate me.
