I went in my with message that said check vsc $468 later laight still on said i had to fix all this other stuff to make light go off next day my car would not start. This second this has happen to me bring my car next day it wontvstart. I changed my battery and the VSC light went off. I will not return to lexus again. Rip off.

On several past occasions when we picked the car up after service, accessory and electronic displays were altered. This has been reported several times in the past but continues to happen. During this service, the option to have headlights turn on when the ignition was turned on (it was set this way when we brought it in) It was turned off during service. The evening we picked the car up, we went to dinner while it was still light. The Resturant had lighted indoor parking. When we left it was dark. When my wife drove out on the street she complained about being unable to see the road. She pulled off the road and that is when we discovered that the headlights were not on. This created a serious safety issue. It is not at all clear why these setting are altered during service.
