The service consultant was nice and everyone else was nice.
I was extremely happy with Cesar technical knowledge about the car media features. He took all the time I needed and offered to come over my place to help me set up my garage door timing with car.
Otherwise, the overall service was fine, nothing above and beyond. I have a scuff on the driver side on the door and I asked if they would rub it off. When I got home, it was not done.
For all practical purposes, the service was fine.

Mr Javier is my Lexus consultant since my move from Hawaii
To Las Vegas. Whenever I call him to try and explain what is wrong with my
Car, he would asks me to bring in my car and he’ll take a look at it. After his assessment, he would check with the parts dept to help me get my car back
to normal that very day. This has happened twice and treats my Lexus like it was his own car and shows me the area within the car (door) which need to be fixed.
I trust Mr Javier with my car because he demonstrates his concern for my safety in the highways/ roadways by doing an assessment of my car by consulting the employees in the shop. I have always driven in Hawaii and in Vegas. The attention to my car by the Shop and Mr Javier is excellent and I am grateful that my car will always be in good hands. Terry Basuel
