I am not completely satisfied with my recent experience with your service. I never met the service advisor who coordinated this service installing a dash cam and adjusting the car's cargo door opening height. The door should be readjusted when I get a chance to take it back. The car wasn't washed and the interior had strong body order like smell. I had never experience bad order in my car from any of my Lexus I had serviced from here.
The tech advisor who patiently explained and answered all my question was wonderful. I was completely satisfied with his assistance. Thank you.

This is my first time owning a Lexus. First time in your facility for a recall. Was treated very well from the beginning. Smiles and courteous manners all the way around. Joel was friendly and helpful. He keep me updated while I was waiting. The waiting area was nice, clean and fully stocked with drinks and snacks. Washed my car after Services were completed. Car wash was done little bit sloppy. Tar was present on bottom of the front door which was not there when I came in. All the settings that I had on the car were reset. No big deal but it was not to world standard. Thank you for your service.
