I asked for the bottom of my car to be checked because something was loose but it was not checked. Nothing was said about it.

Simone greeted me very warmly and further asked if it was okay to open my door. I said yes and proceeded to give her my spare key. Simone did her write up for my service inspection and afterwards she told me where I could go to wait in the waiting room where it was cool. I was notified by text that my car was serviced to go home. Simone met me at the Cashier’s Desk where I paid my bill. Great job Simone!
